Shipping policy
How much will postage cost?
All postage options are shown at checkout and are based on item category as well as the destination. IF you want more security, for example when making your first order, you can upgrade shipping to tracked. These provide slightly faster delivery times and of course more security with a Tracking code. Although the standard option is cheap and still reliable and to this day no order got lost.
Shipping Option list
All current orders will be send with Warenpost International Premium + Tracking - 9€ (EU & worldwide)
For Germany:
Warenpost - 3€ (only for small products)
DHL package + Tracking - 5.50€ (Automatically for bigger Products)
When Will I receive my order?
All items are shipped from Germany via Deutsche Post, I aim to process and ship all items within 3 -9 days of purchase. If there is a delay you can contact me any time or I will contact you nevertheless. Orders will be shipped on working days. Shipping options and speeds vary and can be chosen at checkout.
Items sent within Germany are expected to arrive within 3-6 working days with standard option (Warenpost) or 2-4 working days with DHL Package Tracked.
International Shipping
The techno_heretek shop offers affordable and simple international shipping anywhere in the world! If you have any concerns regarding shipping to your country please get in touch before placing your order.
International tracked for has been the most reliable method over the past year.
International orders can be delayed at customs. Delayed items can not have a claim made on them until after a 60 working day period.
Customs and Duties
Customers are responsible for any additional charges that are incurred due to customs VAT and import duties. For information on these charges please visit your government and customs information sites.
What if my parcel fails to deliver?
In the rae occasion that parcels are undelivered and returned to the shop, either due to incorrect postal addresses or simply as unclaimed mail. Once an item has been returned in this manner the cost of reshipping the item will fall on the buyer. The only exception to this will be if the postal issue has been the result of our failure. Always get in touch if you have any concerns and I will happily resolve any issues to the best of our abilities.
What about undeliverable and Return to Sender Parcels?
It is possible to receive a parcel that has been marked return to sender as undeliverable. When this happens I will contact the buyer using any information provided when the purchase was made. Usually I will hear straight back and can arrange redelivery or an item refund.
REFUND POLICY
This shop has a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact me at technoheretek@gmail.com If your return is accepted, I’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. The buyer has to pay the cost of the package Items and sent them back to me.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items, gift cards or custom orders.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
I will notify you once I received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
